We’re excited to share several new features that have been added this month. Here’s what’s new:

UpdraftCentral enhancements

1. Advanced tools upgrades

You can now transfer settings between websites easily. For instance, if you’ve configured UpdraftPlus for one site, you can transfer these settings to other sites without configuring each one individually.
We’ve added a tool to clear settings, enhancing your ability to manage configurations effectively.

2. New Vault browser

The new Vault Browser allows you to view, download, or delete individual files saved within the Vault, making the UpdraftCentral ecosystem more fluid and integrated.

UpdraftPlus improvements

1. Directory browser feature

A new directory browser has been introduced, allowing you to navigate through your folders quickly without manual input of pathways.

2. Large database encryption

We’ve implemented a method to encrypt large databases by encoding them in sections. This ensures that your website data remains secure, even if the database is very large.

Additional tweaks and Fixes

Bug fixes and minor updates

A fix has been applied for issues related to downloading backups from Dropbox on servers with outdated PHP components. UpdraftPlus now includes a work-around for this problem.

• Feature: Encryption and decryption is now chunked, meaning that large databases of any size can be encrypted without being prevented by memory limits
